are kept to a minimum and we use Royal Mail (First Class) wherever possible. For volume orders we use couriers. Please feel free to email us for further information at enquiries@sinecera.org.uk Payment Methods If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so
by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online
orders.
You may also call 07778 034825 to make an order over the phone or email cathie@sinecera.org.uk with your order. If you pay by personal cheque, your order
will be posted within 5 business days from receipt of payment. Privacy Policy Contact Information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. provided by yourself is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. SineCera
do not pass on your details to anyone!
Returns We are sure you will be thrilled with your purchase but should there be
a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify this. We do not accept
returns of personalised items unless the item is faulty or damaged.
